Summer Bouquet Arrangement

Join me for an afternoon immersed in the scent of summer, as I show you how to arrange a gorgeous, seasonal floral display for your home using Yorkshire-grown flowers.

We will begin the afternoon learning about the beautiful, seasonal flowers and foliage we’re going to be working with. We'll talk about where they were grown and why I've chosen them, and I'll give you a few tips on how to grow some varieties in your own garden too. After a demonstration, you will each get to make your own full and frothy bouquet arrangement using a stunning selection of blooms and greenery.

Throughout the workshop I'll be giving you lots of tips and advice on choosing and caring your flowers, and how to keep them looking fresh for as long as possible. You will go home with all your flowers, knowing how to create a gorgeous, seasonal bouquet. All other materials and tools you need to create your design will be provided for you.

I'm hosting this masterclass at White Syke Fields in York, a super-stylish, creative wedding and events venue. We will be in the spacious and cool Piggery Barn, where there will be hot and cold drinks plus homemade cake for all our guests. There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

I can't wait to share my floral style and flower knowledge with you on this masterclass. I trained and worked for six years as a wedding and events florist and floral stylist in London, before moving back to my hometown of York eight months ago. I've created wedding flowers at iconic London venues including Kew Gardens, the Barbican and the Peckham Asylum Chapel. I've collaborated with British brands such as Pluck Kitchens, Radley London and Hush, and my work has been featured in magazines and wedding blogs including 91 Magazine, House Beautiful, Confetti and Rock My Wedding.
